Sunday the 8th of October, InBio.be was present at the event ‘Everyone Ghent University', organised to celebrate the 200th birthday of UGent. More than 25.000 visitors passed by the 250 activities organized throughout the city of Ghent. Our presence at the Discovery Market did not go unnoticed! The next days several journals, among others De Morgen, HLN, VRT Nieuws and De Standaard wrote about our technology on the production of Human Milk Oligosaccharides with microorganisms. InBio.be is constantly striving to connect research with valorisation and two other types of biochemicals: biosurfactants and aminoglycosides might well be InBio's next connection to the market. We are excited that we could bring our research a little closer to the public!
